About Cajun's Wharf
The Cajun's Wharf ownership group has been working together creating culinary experiences for groups and individuals since 1975 when the landmark restaurant and entertainment venue opened.
Known for great seafood, an extensive and exceptional wine list and its 10,000-square foot bar and outdoor deck area (which underwent a $1 million remodel in May 2004), Cajun's has won numerous awards throughout the years, including Best Seafood, Best Bar, Best Entertainment and numerous others. Cajuns has also been the recipient of the prestigious Wine Spectators Award of Excellence (first awarded in 2001 and given every year since) and the Wine Enthusiast Award of Distinction.
In addition to Cajun's Wharf, our holdings include Capers restaurant, which opened on Highway 10 in Little Rock in Fall 1997, and the Market at Capers, a beautiful, gourmet-to-go market opened directly behind Capers in November 2005. Capers is a favorite for area food and wine enthusiasts and has won many accolades: Best Outside Dining, Most Romantic, Best Wine List and many others.
The newest addition to our culinary endeavors is Copper Grill and Grocery, slated to open in 300 Third Tower (on the corner of Third and Cumberland Streets in downtown Little Rock) in June 2007. Copper Grill and Grocery will offer gourmet-to-go, fresh-market foods alongside a grill and bar.

Cocktail parties and receptions
The following is a sampling of appetizer styled items that we offer in addition to our restaurant dinner menu.
- Imported and Domestic Cheese, Fresh Fruit, and Rustic European Breads
- A beautiful display of artisan cheese accompanied with Asagio Pepper Bread and Spinach Feta Bread.
- Confetti Dip
- A delicious blend of spinach, fresh vegetables and cheese with just a touch of jalapeno for spice. Accompanied with seasoned pita chips for dipping.
- Sliced Pork Tenderloin
- Tender pork tenderloin marinated with garlic, soy sauce, green onions and spices, then grilled to perfection and sliced. Served with a country Dijon Sauce.
- Sliced Beef Tenderloin
- The most tender cut of beef rubbed with coarse black pepper and roasted garlic. The tenderloin is grilled to your specifications and presented with horseradish sauce. For a special touch, add beautiful asparagus to the tray.
- Sesame Chicken
- Tender breasts strips are marinated in Oriental sauces and spices and then delicately threaded on bamboo skewers and grilled. Served with a peanut dipping sauce.
- Chicken Roulaudes
- A boneless breast of chicken is stuffed with Proscuitto and Swiss and pan sautéed with a seasoning mixture of fresh herbs and bread crumbs to form a beautiful presentation when sliced in pinwheels. Served with a roasted red bell pepper sauce.
- Crabmeat and Wild Mushroom Cheesecake
- Not your average cheesecake! This one is a savory cheesecake made with fresh lump crabmeat, Portobello and Shitake mushrooms and baked. Served with a Cajun buerre blanc.
